Once you buy the domain name you have rights to it and can do whatever you want with it.

You will have to sell the domain name to a third party getting payment on your own terms, and then you can simply transfer the domain name to that party.

One thing to remember when you do buy a domain name your are not allowed to transfer it for 60 days after purchase. So you need to hold onto it for 2 months before reselling.
